  1. Sorry I have not been here since August. We have been travelling back and forth to Chicago. We had our family reunion picnic at Lisa's and Les' house. Then we had Hermeena's wedding this month. Earlier I was in Chicago for about 3 weeks vacation that was fun. I made a king size quilt for my cousin Lisa, while their.
I will learn how to post pictures soon, I hope.
    Any help is appreciated.
What am I working on?? Well I have 2 embroidery projects going. One is some flowers girls from a free coloring page site. I don't remember the site as I printed them a couple of years ago and there is no addy at the bottom of the pages.
The other is a BOM from www.fatcatpatterns.com - titled Baltimore Blues. Sindy has a wonderful site - go and check it out.
Sindy has lots of free patterns and patterns to order.
I will be working on Baltimore Bliss, Southern Gentlemen and Chocolate Stars later this year. Those are Sindy's new and current free BOMs.

I am so new to blogland. How do I make my links live so you don't have to copy and paste??

  2. Hi -- I have recently learned to do the links and am happy to pass the information on to you!

When you compose your new blog entry you will see a funny symbol at the top of the box. It looks like a small world with two or three links of a chain on it. When you type the word that you want to trigger the link, highlight the word and then hit the world/link symbol. A box will appear asking you to type in a URL. This is the address of the site you want to go to. Make sure you have already written that URL down before you start you new entry. Type in the URL and hit enter. Your "trigger" word should appear different -- perhaps in a different color. By "trigger" word I mean something like this....."You can see her blog HERE. HERE would be your trigger word.
Then you can post and see if it worked. If not, go back to edit posts and try again. Chookyblue and Pauline both sent me instructions and I can now do it with ease and trust me, if I can do it, so can you!

  3. Posting pictures is also easy -- you just have to have the pictures on your computer and you have to know where they are. If you can do that, let me know and I'll walk you through the posting of pictures.
